What is the delivery time for my order?
Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered within 1 to 2 business days. For other countries, delivery takes 2 to 4 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders of €100 or more are shipped free of charge. For orders under €100, shipping costs are €6.95.
Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are possible within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless an error was made on our part.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible via the original payment method.
