The Seller is obliged to protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the online shop. The Seller will use the collected personal information solely for the purpose of providing the services it offers. The Seller respects the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the online shop and will therefore take all necessary measures to protect them against any breaches and misuse. Personal data of users is one of the areas to which the Seller devotes exceptional care and attention, given the sensitive nature of this field.

 

Use of personal data

For the purpose of providing the services it offers, the Seller collects, manages, processes, and stores the following personal information:

- first and last name

- delivery address

- company name or legal entity name (if the user is a legal entity)

- tax number of the legal entity (if the user is a legal entity)

- email address (username)

- telephone number

- country of residence

- other information voluntarily entered by the user in the webshop forms

- other information voluntarily added by the user to their profile at a later stage.

The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information entered by the user.

 

Cookies and IP addresses

At the beginning of each visit to the online shop, the Seller assigns each user a cookie for identification purposes, to manage the shopping cart and ensure traceability. Cookies are stored only in the server’s memory for the duration of the visit to the online shop and are deleted after one hour of inactivity. The Seller may also store certain persistent cookies on the user’s computer or device, such as an encrypted user identification number to recognize the user on their next visit to the online shop or a product review cookie that allows the user to see which products they have already reviewed, as well as indirect third-party cookies from Google Analytics used to analyze website traffic. The Seller may use this data in an anonymized and aggregated form for statistical analysis purposes. For online security purposes, the Seller also collects IP addresses from which users access the online shop.

 

Confidentiality statement regarding personal data and user privacy

In accordance with regulations on the protection of personal data, the Seller is obliged to protect the personal data of users of its online shop. Under no circumstances will the Seller disclose personal or other user information to third parties or allow third parties access to personal or other user information without the explicit consent of the user, except when required by national authorities, where such an obligation is stipulated by law, or where it is believed in good faith that such action is necessary for court proceedings or other government authorities, or for the protection and exercise of the legitimate interests of the Seller.

All personal and other information provided by the user upon registration in the online shop, as well as when ordering and purchasing products, including the content of orders, will be protected in accordance with regulations on the protection of personal data. The Seller will contact the Buyer via means of distance communication only if the Buyer has not explicitly objected to this. Promotional emails will be clearly and unambiguously identified as advertising messages, the sender will be clearly stated, promotions, special discounts, and other marketing techniques will be clearly marked as such with clearly defined conditions of participation, clear instructions will be provided on how to unsubscribe from receiving promotional messages, and the Buyer’s wish not to receive promotional messages will be explicitly respected by the Seller. The Seller may use data in an anonymized and aggregated form for statistical analysis purposes. The confidentiality of personal and other user information will not be violated in any way.

The Seller will retain users’ personal information in the personal data collection only for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which the personal information was collected and processed.

For delivery services, the Seller will provide only the information necessary for the delivery of products purchased in the online shop (information about the recipient and the delivery address). The Seller will contact the user by email if necessary for the completion of the purchase in the online shop, and via the contact telephone number only if there is an issue during the registration process or the purchase process in the online shop.

 

Implementation of the privacy policy

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the Seller ensures the protection of personal data in compliance with the Rules on the Protection of Personal Data.

All permanent or temporary employees of the Seller who have access to personal and other user information are familiar with the provisions of the Rules on the Protection of Personal Data and the obligation to protect personal and other data, and are required to comply with these provisions regarding the protection of the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the online shop. The obligation to protect personal and other data remains in force even after the termination of the relationship with the Seller.

Registered users may stop using the online shop at any time and may cancel their registration. To do so, they must notify the Seller of the cancellation of registration by means of a written statement. Before submitting a statement of cancellation of registration, the User must settle all outstanding obligations arising from purchases made in the online shop. Even in the event of registration cancellation, the Seller will continue to protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the online shop in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
